Allwyn International 2025 Annual Report
Allwyn AG has published the 2025 Annual Report of Allwyn International AG.
As a reminder, on 24 March 2026, Allwyn AG announced the successful completion of the combination between Allwyn International AG and OPAP S.A. The 2025 Annual Report of Allwyn International AG and the financial statements therein present substantially all of the assets that were the subject of the combination, including OPAP S.A. on a consolidated basis (in line with Allwyn International AG’s ownership interest in the period).
