Allwyn appoints Fredrik Ögren as Group Chief Technology Officer

Lucerne, Switzerland – 6th October 2026 – Allwyn AG is pleased to announce that Fredrik Ögren has joined the lottery-led gaming entertainment company as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing extensive international experience from the gaming and technology sectors.

Reporting to Kresimir Spajic, CEO of Allwyn Digital, Fredrik will be responsible for shaping and delivering Allwyn's technology strategy, creating a more connected and efficient technology ecosystem that supports growth across the Group, strengthens Allwyn's markets and enhances the customer experience.

Fredrik joins Allwyn from Betsson Group, where he spent the last five years as Chief Technology Officer. During his tenure, he led the company's technology strategy, oversaw the evolution of large-scale platforms and supported international growth across multiple regulated markets. His experience in driving technology transformation at scale will help accelerate Allwyn's digital ambitions, working closely with teams across Allwyn's markets and central functions to drive innovation, enhance platform capabilities and support the continued development of products.

Brett Cross, who had been serving as interim CTO, will move into the newly created role of CTO, Global Lottery & Deputy Group CTO, reporting to Fredrik.
