Gates to the fan zone will open at 10:00, event will end at 17:30. Detail timings will be posted closer to the event date.

You will not need a ticket to enter the General Admission fanzone, you will need to queue to enter until we reach capacity, at which point it will be one in-one out

There is no cancellation or refund available, as the event is free to attend

If you have been invited as a ticketed guest you will receive further information separately

People aged 16 and over can enter the festival area freely. Anyone under 16 must be under the responsibility of a parent or guardian. All guests should carry an ID or passport and show it if asked.

By requesting entry, all attendees — including members of the media — are subject to a search, including examination of any bags they carry.

The organizers reserve the right at all times to deny entry to, or eject from the event, any person who in their sole and absolute discretion is in violation of the event rules.

There is no special entrance for those with disabilities, all gates are step free

Due to the nature of the event it will be a noisy and busy environment, we advise all attendees to bring ear plugs or ear defenders if you plan on being close to the action!

Yes the event has basic onsite toilet facilities

The easiest way to reach OAKA is by metro or bus. By metro Metro Line 1 (Green Line) — get off at Eirini (Irini) station. The stadium is a short walk away. Suburban Railway (Proastiakos) — get off at Neratziotissa station, also nearby. By bus A7 (Kanigos – Kifisia) 550 (Piraeus – Kifisia) B9 (Omonia – Anthoupoli) 602, 610, 641, 651, 653, 660, 731, 860 — various routes connecting the northern Athens suburbs The most convenient bus stop is “O.A.K.A.” on Kifisias Avenue.

There is no at-event guest parking, but there are a number of public car parks around the area that you can make use of.

There will be content collection going on on-site. Anyone accessing the event is presumed to have given their consent to be captured
