Company purchased a total of 463,200 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 3 August 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 463,200 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 27 to 31 July 2026, for aggregate consideration of €6,106,707.99, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 38,450,088 of its own shares, i.e., 4.77% of the total number of shares issued.
