Company purchased a total of 488,273 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
LUCERNE, 22 June 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces, that in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, during the period from 17 June 2026 to 19 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 488,273 of its own shares on Euronext Athens, for aggregate consideration of €6,744,240.76, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company currently holds 34,542,491 of its own shares, i.e., 4.28% of the total number of shares issued.
