Lucerne, 27 July 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 530,756 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 20 to 24 July 2026, for aggregate consideration of €6,941,166.52, as detailed below
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 37,986,888 of its own shares, i.e., 4.71% of the total number of shares issued. Allwyn AG’s shareholder structure can be viewed on the Company’s website at; https://www.allwyn.com/shareholder-structure
