Company purchased a total of 645,398 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 7 September 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 645,398 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 31 August to 4 September 2026, for aggregate consideration of €8,628,043.94, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 40,538,413 of its own shares, i.e., 5.02% of the total number of shares issued.
