Company purchased a total of 666,374 of its own shares on Euronext Athens

Lucerne, 20 July 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 666,374 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 13 to 17 July 2026, for aggregate consideration of €8,893,317.27, as detailed in attached PDF below.

Following the above purchases, the Company holds 37,456,132 of its own shares, i.e., 4.64% of the total number of shares issued.
