Company purchased a total of 698,166 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 13 July 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 698,166 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 6 to 10 July 2026, for aggregate consideration of €9,712,300.01, as detailed in attached PDF.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 36,789,758 of its own shares, i.e., 4.56% of the total number of shares issued.
