Company purchased a total of 750,116 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 21 September 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 750,116 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 14 to 18 September 2026, for aggregate consideration of €9,564,568.19, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 42,623,111 of its own shares, i.e., 5.28% of the total number of shares issued.
