Company purchased a total of 1,019,473 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 5 October 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 1,019,473 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 28 September to 2 October 2026, for aggregate consideration of €11,633,881.63, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 44,823,819 of its own shares, i.e., 5.56% of the total number of shares issued.
