Company purchased a total of 1,181,235 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 28 September 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 1,181,235 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 21 to 25 September 2026, for aggregate consideration of €14,416,662.62, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 43,804,346 of its own shares, i.e., 5.43% of the total number of shares issued.
