Company purchased a total of 496,449 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 24 August 2026 –Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 496,449 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 17 to 21 August 2026, for aggregate consideration of €6,972,174.76, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 40,026,893 of its own shares, i.e., 4.96% of the total number of shares issued.
