Company purchased a total of 511,520 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 31 August 2026 – announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 511,520 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 24 to 28 August 2026, for aggregate consideration of €7,281,686.71, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 40,538,413 of its own shares, i.e., 5.02% of the total number of shares issued.
