Company purchased a total of 549,942 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 17 August 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 549,942 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 10 to 14 August 2026, for aggregate consideration of €7,454,599.80, as detailed in PDF below.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 39,530,444 of its own shares, i.e., 4.90% of the total number of shares issued.
