Company purchased a total of 634,192 of its own shares on Euronext Athens
Lucerne, 6 July 2026 – Allwyn AG (the “Company”) announces that, in the context of the implemented share buyback programme announced on 4 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 634,192 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from 29 June to 3 July 2026, for aggregate consideration of €8,956,253.89, as detailed in attached PDF.
Following the above purchases, the Company holds 36,091,592 of its own shares, i.e., 4.47% of the total number of shares issued.
