LUCERNE, Switzerland, 29 May 2026 – The Company “ALLWYN AG”, following completion of the transfer of its registered office from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Swiss Confederation, informs the investors that, as of 29 May 2026, for the purposes of Greek law 3556/2007, as amended and in force, its home Member State is the Hellenic Republic.
